-Our workshop is located in Netherlands and delivery is is carried out from Oeffelt, Netherlands.

-All orders are shipped within 7 to 14 days of you placing the order using UPS International services depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 14 to 21 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

• International shipping is unpredictable and delays happen at the customs. Once the package has left Netherlands, it becomes a subject to your local post office. We can not influence the movement of the parcel outside our country.
